Tea is available in many different forms and qualities from a variety of sources. Grocery stores and markets offer a wide selection of tea that is produced in bulk. However, many fine teas are only produced in small quantities. Local tea houses and tea shops are a great resource for tea, but often in an effort to stock a wide selection of tea these establishments must hold the tea longer than is best for the tea. Stored properly, tea can last for some time but be cautious of tea stored in clear containers - light can affect the flavor of tea.
