Oolong Tea

Oolong tea generally refers to all tea that is oxidized less than black tea, but more than green tea. I have always thought this is a less than perfect way to describe one of my favorite teas. Saying it's not green, white or black isn't really much of a description.

Oolong tea is partially oxidized, often rolled or twisted, and then dried. It ranges in flavor and color from very bold to light and clear.
